Larus Photography is a side project I started in 1998 during my Junior year in high school. I was the photography editor for the school newspaper “The Larus,” and I was asked by the Director of the Miss Oregon Scholarship Program to shoot that years pageant, and have been shooting it every year since.

I also like to travel and have visited Mango Parish in Kibosho, Tanzania twice in the last 10 years. Kibosho is located on Mt Kilimanjaro at 3900 ft.

I occasionally shoot senior or family portraits. Most of them are shot outdoors on the beach, at the cove, or Battery Russell at Ft. Stevens State Park.
